It does some time did one of our ascensiones. This time decide to go up to the highest beak of Spain. So we took us an aeroplane to the Canary Islands, went us to Tenerife and had us to go up the Teide and top his 3.718 metres of height.
Well, in reality it was the second attempt. The first was fallido and had to remain us just in the beginning of The Rambleta, to 3.550 metres of altitude. It was January and the night before there was nevado, and from the Shelter of Altavista to 3.270 m begin to find snow that went in increase until doing us desist of our attempt.
But the second time had a lot of more luck, was the month of August and a time esplendido help us to arrive to the peak.
Well, I think that it has been one of my ascensiones preferred. The national park of the Teide is magnifico and the sights that go having of all the park while you go rising the immense volcanic cone are spectacular.
Once up, the feeling is spectacular. To 3.718 metres of height, in that inhóspito place, just in the crater with an intense smell to sulphur and the Island of Tenerife to your feet, with the immense Atlantic Ocean in front of you…. They give you you win to open the arms, feel the wind in your face and shout that of: “SOY THE KING OF THE WORLD” 😉
And it is that to almost 4.000 metres of heights ALL sees different! 😉
