Puigmal From Nuria

Puigmal
Puigmal

Through the Pla of the Ortigar, also called Collet Verd, tops the most emblematic mountain and of main altitude of the region of Núria: the Puigmal, of 2.910 m.

His rounded and extensive peak is a glorious watchtower that comprises a very extensive landscape that covers, south, the Taga, the Tossa d’Alp, the Pedraforca, the saw of the Cadí and the Rasos of Peguera; west they distinguish the valleys of the Llosa and of the Querol, the Mont Peric, the plain ceretana and, north, the Pic of the Segre, the one of Finestrelles, the beaks of Eina, Noufonts, the Comma Mitjana and the macizo of the Canigó closing the horizon.

To arrive to Nuria take the zip in the same station of train of Ribes of Freser (where arrives by the line Barcelona -Puigcerdà). In car from the road N-152 of Ripoll to Puigcerdà can take the zip so much in Ribes as in Queralbs.
