The macizo of Stray Mountain, known by The Three Sorores or Treserols, compose it the Beaks of Stray Mountain (3.355 m), Cylinder (3.328 m), and Añisclo (3.263 m) called also, this last, Soum of Ramond, devoted to the pireneísta Louis Ramond of Carbonières, the first that went up and explained it. In this sector find 22 peaks of more than 3.000 m.

The macizo of Stray Mountain forms part of the national Park of Ordesa and Stray Mountain, constituted to his time by 4 valleys of extraordinary beauty: Ordesa southwest, Añisclo south, Escuaín southeast and Pineta to the East. Part of the macizo confines north in French territory, forming part of the Parc National give Pyrénées, standing out the Valley and Circus of Gavarnie, another impressive circus glacier that in his cabecera has the highest waterfall of Europe, with more than 400 metres of vertical fall.

In the expensive north of the Stray Mountain finds one of the few glaciers that follow existing in the Pyrenees, although in slow but continuous shrinking. It treats of a tongue with a lot of slope, that has a front of some 750 metres and goes from the 2.700 to the 3.250 metres of height.

Between the mountaineers, the Stray Mountain enjoys of a big popularity due to the fact that it is a tresmil relatively easy to tackle. The normal road of ascensión effects through the R (2.200 m), where is usual pernoctar, and the channel of «the escupidera», one of the blackheads of the Pyrenees where has killed a lot of people trying achieve the peak.

This macizo is included inside the Reservation of the biosphere Ordesa-Viñamala declared by the UNESCO in 1997.
